Hello, I have a Proliant ML570 G3 server and it has two raid controllers. When I plug a 300GD hard drives to the slots on the bottom right and click on ACU, I cannot see those drives and the drives has no lights. Attached is the doc with screenshots for better explanation. can anyone please advise. Thanks

hi donkarnash
you must check your cabling the one the goes from controller to your SCSI backplane I mean there must a cable from controller to HDDs located at the right bottom

I am sure you might have tried this; but again, after checking the cabling, have you tried "RESCAN CONTROLLERS" ??
Firmware for the controller ?
