As per your given information, below linked HPE advisory may be relevant to your situation. Please go through the advisory, and check as per instruction and let us know the situation. accordingly we can suggest you for next POA. 

Also try to clear NVRAM by toggle Maintanance switch 6NO pin on system board.  step by step proccess How to Clear the NVRAM from the System Maintenance Switch.

Thank you for your prompt response and the helpful information provided. I will go through the HPE advisory you've linked and follow the instructions to dg me paystub troubleshoot the issue. I will also try clearing the NVRAM by toggling the Maintenance switch as suggested.
