bad realtime sensor data

Fans of ML110 G4 rotate at their maximum and BIOS reports bad realtime sensor data: Slots Amb temp = 224.00, 1.8V Amb = -30 degrees C.

Other figures are normal: Ambient temp = 27.00, Local VRD0 Temp = 26.00, CPU Dmn 0 Temp = 48.00.

Can I reset those sensors?

Re: bad realtime sensor data

Hi.

The sensor for the slots is on the motherboard and is an electronic component. Apart from a visual inspection to see the area if free of dust or obstructions I would suggest that you look to replacing the motherboard or server (whichever is cheaper)
