Base System Driver is a critical component for the proper functioning of the server hardware. To install the Base System Driver on your ProLiant ML350 Gen 9 server, you may follow these instructions:

  1. Download the latest version of the Base System Driver for your server model from the official HPE website.
  2. Extract the contents of the downloaded file to a temporary folder on your server.
  3. Open the Device Manager and locate any devices with an exclamation mark or a question mark next to them. These devices are missing drivers and require the Base System Driver to be installed.
  4. Right-click on the device and select "Update driver."
  5. Choose the option to "Browse my computer for driver software."
  6. Browse to the temporary folder where you extracted the Base System Driver files and select the appropriate driver for the device you're updating.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the driver installation.

After the installation of the Base System Driver, it's recommended to restart your server to ensure that the changes take effect.

These are my opinions so use it at your own risk.
