BIOS Downgrade on DL360 G4 Server

I upgraded BIOS on DL360 G4 Server using firmware maintenance CD. BIOS Upgrade operation was completed successfully but When server reboot after upgrade, it hangs up on HP Startup Screen.

I cannot downgrade BIOS version as I cannot enter in BIOS menu (using F9 Key)

Can somebody tell how to flash server BIOS when server is hanging up at very 1st stage of booting Boot Process ?

First I would try to clear the NVRAM or use the second firmware bank (both per dip switch on the board).
