BIOS/Hardware Health fail
Hello,
We are using a ProLiant DL360 Gen10.
This time, System Health shows Critical and In System Information, there is a BIOS/Hardware Health fail item.(*No other errors.)
【Machine Information】
Product Name:ProLiant DL360 Gen10
Product ID:867959-B21
System ROM:U32 v.36(02/14/2018)
iLO firmware version:1.20 Feb 02 2018
The log also contained the following records
【EVENT Log】
1555 iLO reset by watchdog.
1554 Embedded Flash: Embedded media manager failed initialization.
1553 Embedded Flash: Failed restart.
1552 iLO Self Test Error
1551 Administration
【IML EVENT Log】
238 System Revision iLO completed the firmware integrity scan and detected an anomaly.
237 System Revision iLO detected invalid Server Platform Services firmware.
236 System Revision iLO detected invalid Innovation Engine firmware.
I have investigated and it seems to be a known issue with the iLO firmware, but is it simply a matter of updating the iLO firmware?
Could you please suggest a solution to this issue?

Re: BIOS/Hardware Health fail
Hello,
We see the iLO firmware version is too old and EOL.
We would suggest you to update the firmware of the ilo in an incremental way and monitor the server for reported issue.
Cheers....

Re: BIOS/Hardware Health fail
You can update the iLO FW, but that probably won't help.
Try formatting.
