This is done by entering the Rom Based Setup Utility RBSU by pressing F9 at POST.
I've copied the section you need from the main menu and attached it to this reply.

SET CONFIG BIOS INTERFACE MODE x
where 'x' is:
1 for Auto CLI Enable (detects if there's a serial device acting as console and sets appropriately)
2 for Command-Line Enabled (where you probably are now)
3 for Command-Line Disabled
So, you probably want to do
SET CONFIG BIOS INTERFACE MODE 3 [ENTER]
EXIT [ENTER]
