Hi,
Have you checked if there is any HBA card installed in the server and something is connected to that port?
Try removing the HBA card and test to boot.

Hi @Cdubbenstein,
Thank you for the Post.
If the Operating System is installed internally please verify the Patch mentioned on the Message.
Try to remove if there are any USB / Removable Drives attached.
or you can try removing the HBA to see if that Boots to the Operating System.
Also before trying the steps make sure you have proper Back up available.
And do share if you have any Screenshots available.
