BL20p G3 & Power Enclosure
The description for Event ID ( 107 ) in Source ( cpqriis ) could not be found. It contains the following insertion string(s): .
Rack Infrastructure : Loss Of Chassis Connectivity (Enclosure Serial Number 800FJTK852)
The Server works fine, but they always give the Information that lost connectivity to the enclosure.
The error appears sometime every day and than again just every few days. And the error appears not always on the same enclosures.
HP support said first update firmware,
done - no effect,
then update PSP to 7.51 and update 6i and ROM,
done - no effect
upgrade firmware of the power enclosure management modules
done - no effect
exchange the management modul on both enclosures
done - no effect
now HP support wants al lot of Logs, think they don't know where to look in order to solve the problem.
Does anybody have an idea what we can do in order to solve the problem?

Re: BL20p G3 & Power Enclosure
the error apears for one 1 - 2 sec. then we got the information that there was a new connection.
We also have errors in the IML.
All the server having this problems are in the same enclosures.
The Rack infrastruktur is, that we have two blade enclosures connected to one power enclosure with four power modules
All Servers connecting to the power enclosure do have these errors.
@ MiikaT
the cable Link was disconnected but no result. We also have reseted the management modul but also no result.

Re: BL20p G3 & Power Enclosure
One of the management modules, or backplane from Power Enclosure conflicting ?!
How did you swap Blade management modules around or from different rack?
How many blades you have ?
Normally with 1 Phase Power Enclosure having more than 14 servers you can get some power problems and errors.

Re: BL20p G3 & Power Enclosure
we have 25 Baldes in four enclosures with two power enclosures and one DL360 connecting with a MSL6030, all connecting on one phase.
HP-Partner said that there won't be a problem.
