BL20p ilo black screen on console

BL20p ilo black screen on console

We have an issue on some of our BL20p blades where when we try to bring up the console, we get a black screen with a blinking cursor in the upper left hand corner, and there is no response to any key entry. Some blades are fine, and some have this issue. Has anyone run into this?

Is the firmware on the blade ilo up-to-date?
There’s your problem!!! This thing is set to EVIL!

Yes, I tried updating the firmware, but it still has the issue...not sure why.

Is the server up? The only time I've seen this is when the server actually hung on restart. Power cycle brought it up.
