BL20p shutdown

BL20p shutdown

we are having stange problems with several BL20p having non graceful shutdowns. We are running hp management agents 6.20. Could this be the cause of our problems. We have had shutdown problems with 380's in the past with this version?

SSD and Management are up to 7.10 now. Also, check the BL20p's bios, make sure it is up to date. Latest version is 6/23/04 for Bl20p G2's.
