Blue Screen - NMI

I have an NT4 Terminal Server (MSTS sp6) with Citrix Metaframe XPa 1.0 (sp1) installed on an ML370. I have had two instances of blue screens which report in the event log as "Unrecoverable System Error (NMI)". There is an article that seems to apply EM990824_CW02 to this that states it is realted to SSD v2.13a or earlier with MSTS, Metaframe 1.0 and a 1999 system ROM. Although I have that software, my SSD and System ROM are far more recent than this. Can anyone suggest a solution?

NMI 99% of the time refers to memory errors...you probably have a defective stick of ram
