NIC Drivers??

I've got a Prosignia300 with NT, but i can't install the NIC drivers. I installed "Compaq SSD for Windows NT 4.0: Network Interface Controller Drivers" with the IntelNic and the Netflex3 drivers. I tried both of them but i get the message that there are no supported nic's detected! please help me out and let me now which drivers i need.
