Boot from IDE Hard Drive

How can I make my proliant ML 350 G4p boot from a IDE hard drive and not from the array? It doesn't see the hard drive.

in the bios you have've to option to select

1. "boot order"
2. "boot controller order"

on point 2 you should be able to select the IDE Interface as boot Controller
