What server is it?
From POST access to F8 ILO configuration, reset defaults, if you don't used it set fake IP address and try once again

You have RILOE board?
How you installed O/S manually or from Image?

PSP Updates done or at least Agents, System driver and System Management Home Page?

It could be more informational than an actual error, If using a RILOE board make sure is properly configured and connected, If the only management HW you have is the iLO mae sure you set it to the default settings, and the problem should go away.
