BOOT STRAP ERROR UPON BOOT UP

I receive the following error when one of my new DL360s boot up:
"Boot strap processor is not lowest stepping
Recommend you swap processors."
What does this mean? We configured several identical systems at the same time and this is the only one that displays this error.

Each system has 1 GB RAM and two III 800 mHz processors.

We swapped the processors just like the screen said and that resolved the issue.

its intels problem, just swap the processors and all is good.
now, if after that, you still see the message, you have partially incompatible processors...
