Enabeling PXE settings

Does anybody know how to get to the NIC's PXE settings during boot up? We will be rolling out RIS in the coming months and need to know how to access this feature for our Compaq machines.

I believe that you need an updated BIOS and smartstart 5.0 which isn't
yet released
