bootlock removal or bypass

How to remove the boolock from the system, Booting from a NT boot disk to make a fresh install doesn't work, just get the message <> .

Download the system erase Utility. This is a bootable floppy and will destroy all data. From there you can do a fresh install. Here is the link.
