BOSD Critical Process Died
Hello .
I'll try do my best in english !
I have a HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen10 Server . Before today everything was fine.... :'(
This morning, the server slow and doing some error with connection. So i decide to recovery the system with my windows backup feature.
I launch the process, i just go to others things. When i coming back windows was on the screen when i need to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and doing my authentification. But the problem start here. i can't acces to the login screen. Windows trying but just back to "press ctrl alt delete " .
So i restart the server, and THATS THE BIG PROBLEM
When i try to go on diskpart, i can see only my raid storage, and not my windows ssd raid...
Im deseperate...when i try to re-installe windows server, i can't see my ssd raid storage, only the HDD raid....
If somebody understand what im saying and can help me gonna be very gratefull

Re: BOSD Critical Process Died
Hi,
This error is more to do with Windows OS rather than the hardware itself.
But if you want to check the hardware part, here is the information to perform Diagnostics.

Thank You!
I work with HPE but opinions expressed here are mine.

Reseat the drive and check the controller in setup.
