BSOD en Windows Storage Server 2003

Hi! I have a server with Windows Storage Server 2003 SP2 (Proliant DL 380 G5), which has presented several restarts, reviewing the events shows a code relating to BSOD, however, I have not found any related data that can solve this problem, the discho events hardware failure has not any.
