Bugcheck, STOP 0x44 Error - Different error message than CPQASM issues

We received an 0x44 error in the event log after a server had rebooted itself.

Server is a Proliant DL560G1

Error in eventlog as follows:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000044 (0xfcf13128, 0x00000cca, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 (v15.2195). A dump was saved in C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini081704-01.dmp.

I've read the threads pertaining to the issues with CPQASM, but as the error message is different from all others I've seen, I am curious if it is the same problem, before I run off on some wild tangent reinstalling drivers left and right.

Many thanks for any insight,
David

yet another example of microsoft allowing unknown code to run as the system without sandboxing it. angry angry angry

if you have the dump file, you can use the windows debug kit to trace the stack and figure out which device blew out, but it's best to start updating suspect drivers
