Cache Module Status Degraded / Failed even after replacement
Hi all,
Hi have an issue with several HPE ProLiant DL380p Gen 8.
Everytime that I have a "Cache Module Status" = Failed / Degraded, I replace it with a fresh new one but the Cache Module stays Failed or Degraded.
Maybe the issue doesn't concern the Cache Module. Do you know what to do to make the "Cache Module Status" = OK ?
I attached 2 examples of this situation here: Ilo_pages_gen8_cache_issue_example.png
Thanks

Re: Cache Module Status Degraded / Failed even after replacement
Hi,
Please check if the SA controller needs any Firmware update.
Update on one of the controller for test and if that fixes the OK issue, do it on the rest of the servers.
Thank You!
