Can DL380 Gen9 Serial/COM Port uses for RS485?

May I know the COM port can be used to communicate with RS485 device?

The DL380 Gen9 does not ship with a serial port. There is an option part that can be ordered.  You should probably look into using a USB to RS485 / RS422 Converter.
