Compaq NC6134 gigabit NIC on a 32 Bit PCI Bus

Hi there,

i am planing to install a windows 2000 Server on a Compaq Proliant DL360. This Server has one 64 Bit PCI Bus Plug and one 32 PCI But Plug.

On the 64 Bit PCI Bus is an Adaptec SCSI Card 39160 pluged in. On the Other side, on the 32 Bit PCI Bus, there is the Compaq NC6134 Fibre Channel Adapter.

Does someone have or had an configuration like mine?
Does someone has or had problems with this configuration??
Could I get problems with this configuraion?
