Compaq Threshold Agent

Can anyone lead me in the direction of trying to decipher this event log message.

Compaq Threshold Agent: Rising Threshold Passed.
SNMP MIB Variable .1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.3.1.1.2.2 has value 1 >= 0.
Severity: Unknown
Description: None.
Refer to the Compaq MIB for a definition of the variable.

I was getting the same error, and it was the threshold setting on the second processor configured through Insight Manager - Utilization.
