I just got an old Compaq DL360R server with no drives. I've been checking the internet to find out the largest supported drive is. It has a Ultra2 scsi controller, but it previously had an ultra3 36.4 GB drive. I'm not to sure on the compatiblity of drives, so I'm looking for some clarification on that matter. Thanks for all your help in advance.

Pete:
You should be able to use the current drives in your 360. Even though the drives are rated at U320, they will throttle down to U2/U3 speeds, or so has been my experience.

Re: Compatible drives for Compaq dl360R
That is true. Any Universal Hot Plug drive can be used.
