Connecting two graphics card

How to connect two graphics card to a motherboard. I have two cards one is PCI Express card and other is PCI card. Can I connect both to a same board.

What are the options have, if I need to connect two graphics card.

Must I change both to PCI Express cards

In what server model? Only DL140 supports PCI graphics cards, and no Proliant server is designed to support crossfire / SLI.
HP sells workstations, please purchase one of these and not a Proliant if you intend to do graphic / multimedia work.
