Constant ASR's

We have a proliant 3000 with 2x4200 raid cards with a storage array attached to each. One of these is working fine but the other keeps causing the system to AR with the following error
PIC Error:(slot8,Bus2,Device9,Function0) this is the 4200 card. Any one got an idea
