Correctable or Uncorrectable memory error on ML370 G2

I have a server that keeps blue screens every couple of hours. In the event log I get this:

"System Information Agent: Health: Correctable or Uncorrectable memory error detected. The memory module should be replaced.
Board or cartridge: '0' Module: '1' Spare part number: '' Module size: '262144' System id: 'CPQ071E'
[SNMP TRAP: 6056 in CPQHLTH.MIB]"

This is a Win2k Server with SP4 and all the latest hotfixes. We have tried to swap out the memory with new memory and swap the system board. Any help would be great.

new memory that you use is HP ?
can you upload screenshot for IML entry
for collection with Corr and Uncorr Error

any mix between memory modules, part numbers that you use ?

7.60 new install or update from 7.xx ?
