CPQANS TEAMING PROBLEMS

We've got two different clients attempting to team 3131 nics with mulitple protocols (IPX frame 802.2 and IP). We've contacted compaq support and have tried everything suggested and still unable to get the teaming to work. We have updated NSSD and tried multiple variations of autoexec.ncf changes and even one far fetched attempt with inetcfg (we didn't have anything to loose). Would appreciate if we can get something that works, if it's possible. Thanks.
(Note that what we are seeing is similar to others posted in this particular forum, just different model nic.)
Maybe we need a NIC forum...
