Detecting failed RAID Disk on RH3 Linux ???

Hi,

How does one detect a failed disk on the Smart Arry 5i crontrollers built into HP DL-380's ?

We'd like to do this automatically like we do with the 3ware SATA RAID5 controllers using their utils.

I've looked at the info coming out of cat /proc/driver/cciss/cciss0 and it doesn't have much in the way of health regarding the physical drives.

We are running Red Hat Linux ES v3.
