DirectDraw and audio capability on ML 310 G5p server

Hi, My client has need to check out MPegs on his server console. To do this he needs to have a working DirectDraw implementation via DirectX. The standard ATI ES1000 does not have the driver necessary. As there isn't a 16 bit PCI express slot, what Graphic Card is available to install on the server? Also do you recommend any audio card for the available PCI express slot.
