Disable virus throttle

We experienced problem running Oracle database on DL380G5 server under Window environment. We are doing some problem isolation at the moment.

Do anybody know how I can disable the HP Virus Throttle function for window ?? I dont seems to find anything under window service.

if you want to disable the HP Virus Throttle here it is the customer advisory and how to do it:

Advisory: Microsoft TCP Chimney Offload Feature Does Not Offload TCP Connection if ProLiant Essentials Intelligent Networking Pack (INP) Virus Throttle Feature is Installed
