Disks are not visible on the Proliant BL460c Gen10 server with modern versions of iLO.

Hello!

I ran into a problem. On the HPE Proliant BL460c Gen 10 server, when updating the iLO above version 3.01, disks are inserted to the internal RAID-controller dissapear from the iLO. The message "No drives were found in this system. You may need to reboot the host system to discover them" is displayed on the screen. However, when I roll back the version to 3.01 or lower, the disk information is available again. Can you tell me how this problem can be solved? All firmware is updated to the latest available.

Hello @JohnShmukler
The problem is mostly cosmetic but could theoretically interfere with reporting or monitoring. This issue is under investigation from HPE and a future iLO firmware may address the issue. There's currently no ETA regarding the same.

Hello, thank you.

I'll wait for the fix then. For now, I'll be on version 3.01.
