Where do you get this error 1746?
As per HPE POST Error codes, "1746-Slot X Drive Array – Unsupported Storage Connection Detected".
The error you are getting may be from the OS level.

Please check if this comes close to what you are observing on the server: HPE Smart Array P410i Controller - POST Error "SAS Connection via Expander is Not Supported on this Controller Model"

We may need to look into the logs to understand more on this.

Hello @Vador i don't have log because i don't have system installed on my disk

I don't have memory installed on raid card but the requirement say raid card with 512m of memory and me i don't have 512m of memory installed

I understand that the Controller doesnt have the Cache installed.

Could you please let us what exactly are you trying to perform here - are you trying to Create New logical Drives?

If yes, what RAID you are trying to set up - with how many Disks.

Possible to share Screenshot of error message - to understand where and when we are seeing errors.

Also try updating the Controller Firmware to latest which will fix most the issues.

Hi @backl1n ,

Good day!

Please try upating the Firmware to the latest version and then try to create Logical Drives.

Also could you please try creating only RAID 1 to check if there are any dependencies of Cache as minimum of 512MB cache may be required for few RAID configuration.
