Dear all! Our DL 380g6 Server unexpectedly hanging. I update firm ware. Please help me to resolve the issue.Server 2003 Std.

Anything changed?
Any errors in ILO log or windows event log?
Upgraded windows as well?

Dear friend

try to change memory first
second is the server overheated ? the room you have the server have enough air conditions to freeze the server ?

when you start the server after shutdown did you check if the server make's a diffrent noise in fans speed up and noise very loud ?

check it all this and tell me :)

Dear all,
Its started on last March 10th onwards. Still same I contact through ASP, they changed mother board and Processor. And Server room temperature below 20 Celsius. Is this because of memory ? our Server have 6GB RAM but here we are using 4GB because OS is 2003 Std edition.
Before hanging I am getting one error message like " Insufficient Memory could not load your desk top" after we could not access any files or ping to server.
