DL 360 ( First version ) EISA - System utilities problem

Hello
When I boot my server, I have the usual message "press F10 key for system utilities etc.."
When I press F10, it says "EISA configuration Utility is not installed on fixed disk, please insert system configuration in floppy a:"
I changed all the drives but I have no idea how to create this floppy.

Update Smart Array to 1.50 Firmware and use F8 to Create Array after just load O/S
