DL 360G4P-STOP 0x00000019 BSOD error

Hi Friends,
I am facing one critical problem. I have HP DL 360G4P server with mirror configured. From last week my server restarted with BSOD error (STOP: 0x00000019 BAD_POOL_HEADER).It restarted on booting so I disable all services and checked by starting service one-by-one .I noticed when I started HP Insight Event Notifier, HP Insight Foundation Agent, HP insight NIC Agent,HP insight server Agent service the BSOD error popup.
I have updated all firmware, Driver & Application with Latest PSP pack but no success.Can any one face such problem?

Hi,

Stop error message when you retrieve WMI connection statistics for iSCSI after you change the iSCSI configurations on a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7: "0x00000019 BAD_POOL_HEADER"

Thanks for reply, My opertaing system is Windows 2003 Standerd edition + SP2. I received a BSOD error when i start above mention HP service Now i kept that service in maual startup.
