DL180 G6, Smart Array P212, problem with battarey
hi
i have been replace the battery in Smart Array P212 on DL180 G6 with part number 460499-001 spares number 462976-001
after server rebooting i get this message on screen: 1748-Slot 1 Drive Array - Unsupported Array Accelerator Battery Attached - Please install battery pack(s) with the correct part number. Array Accelerator is disabled.
In ACU i see this message: The cache for Smart Array P212 in Slot 1 is disabled because one or more attached batteries are not supported by the currently running firmware.
this problem exist on firmware versions 6.40 and 6.64
can you help me?

Because there is others battery similar but used in others smart arrays

Used only P400i/p400
try update the firmware first for last version 6.64

yes, there is lable with spare 462976-001 on the battery. the battery is exactly on photo:

current firmware is 6.64

because of this i get error in SSA:
351 Smart Array P212 in Slot 1 CACHE STATUS PROBLEM DETECTED: The cache on this controller has a problem. To prevent data loss, configuration changes to this controller are not allowed. Please replace the cache to be able to continue to configure this controller.
can anyone help me?
