DL360 G2: Fan Problem

Hello,
i just bought a DL360 G2 on Ebay,
All work fine, but the main fan is ever set to this maximum speed (it's very loudy), there is a way to change the fan speed with thermal regulation if possible ?

Okay, we tried to install PSP and Insight Management Interface, i can see the CPU Fan Speed is to High, but i can't set this speed, of can i do that ?
