I have a ProLiant DL360p Gen8 server. My Storage Physical Drive is degraded with its Model EG0600FBVFP Firmware Version HPDC, I was replaced by the Model EG0600FBVFP Firmware Version HPD9 drives. Can I use them or do I need to update the firmware version of the other disks in the array? The array contains 6 disks Model EG0600FBVFP, Firmware Version HPDC of which 3 are Degraded. RAID 1 / RAID 1 + 0 array level.

Re: DL360p Gen8 Physical Drive Firmware Version
It is always a good idea to keep firmware current.
Any details why the disks are degraded?
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: DL360p Gen8 Physical Drive Firmware Version
What specific details of disk degradation are interesting?
I am interested in the possibility of using disks in an array with different firmware versions.
I don’t know how to update the FW disk without losing all the data in the array.
