DL380 add drives to make redundant

I've walked into a problem. The prior IT manager purchased 5 DL380's with the following drive layout.
1 -146 for OS
2 - 300 gig for data.

I would like to add another 146 for a mirror for the OS. And on top of this I find the 300 GB drives are not mirrored.

Anybody have a clue how I can do this without reloading everything?
