iLO is disabled error during POST

Hello guys, i have HP ProLiant DL360 G4p. We are encountering "Integrated Lights-Out is Disabled" during POST.

using the system maintenance switch, dip number 1 - see the attached file

There are a couple means to do enable the iLO processor if it has been disabled.

1) power-off the server
2) open the chassis and set the iLO security override switch (number 1 in the system maintenance switch)
3) power on, enter iLO RBSU, enable iLO, save and exit, just in case enter iLO F8 and enable too
4) power off the server, then restore the iLO security override switch
