DL380 Display Port
Hi,
Our KVM is display port only. Our DL380 is VGA output. We were considering putting in a Graphics Card with DP on it. Is there a certain one we should use or will any work?
Also will DP work from Boot before the OS has initalised?
James

Re: DL380 Display Port
Hello,
There does not seemns to be an option card specifically containing a Display Port video output. You may try using either a monitor with VGA connectivity or a KVM switch having a Display Port.

Re: DL380 Display Port
Hello,
As the generation of the server was not mentioned, it was not specified. The HPE DL38X Gen10 Universal Media Bay Kit is an option for HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 server. The part number is 826708-B21 and it has a Display Port. You may refer to the server's QuickSpecs for more information.
