dl380 G1 keyboard dosent work!?

hello. i swapped in a ps2 keyboard when the server was running.. and later rebooted. the server dosent find the keyboard at all... i use the live cd and i cant do anything cuz the keyboard dosent work.. what to do? .. there is no USB.

Mikael,

Do you have a RILOE (Remote Insight) module fitted to the server PCI Slot1?

If so, the keyboard strokes need to be fed to this module to be processed using a special cable.

(See diagram with cabling).

Hi,

Is there any kvm in between or rilo as brain asked above.
keyboard is non-us or what ?
Check with a different keyboard try not to use non-US keyboards.

i just reseted the bios. that helped me out. thx anyway.
