DL380 G3 and Red Hat 8.0

Hi,

I have a DL380 G3 and want to power it off by using the shutdown -h now command under red hat 8.0. At the end of the shutdown-process there is no power off. I already tried the options acpi=on, apm=power_off, apm=on but nothing helped.
