UEFI mode on Proliants started with Gen9.
Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Re: DL380 G7 Uefi Boot
From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Boot Options > UEFI Optimized Boot and press Enter. Select an option and press Enter. EnabledтАФConfigures the system BIOS to boot using native UEFI graphic drivers.

Re: DL380 G7 Uefi Boot
I don't have anything like System Utilities on boot screen, I have F9, F11 options, then network broadcom, ilo, raid array settings and nothing more.
