DL380 Gen 10 - No Drives Found When Installing OS

I am having an issue with a couple of servers which came in the other day at my company. They're all gen 10 and they're all exhibiting the same issue.

After configuring the RAID, when we try to install Windows Server from a bootable USB, no drives are available. We have also tried via Intelligent Provisioning and that succeeds, but afterwards we are told that Windows cannot boot.

- 6 x SATA HDD installed. We have attempted an OS install with various different RAID configurations. Currently they're configured in RAID 5.

- Smart Array P408i-a installed in PCI-E slot 0. Showing as healthy in the iLO,

Clearly there's something I'm missing but I cannot tell what. Any ideas?

If unsupported media devices are connected at this point, the following error appears: There are no physical disks attached or no drives are available To resolve the issue, remove the unsupported media device, and make sure you have network share information available, or a disk or ISO, FTP, or USB drive installed when prompted.

Thanks, but I don't think this really pertains to what I'm saying.

This is what I am seeing when I try to install Windows. My installation media is the only media attached.

This is what I see when I try to install

Re: DL380 Gen 10 - No Drives Found When Installing OS

Thank you. The step I was missing was specifying the logical drive that I wanted to boot into.

I have configured these servers in the past and haven't needed to specify this information before. Maybe it's a new thing? Anyway, all set now. Thank you!
