The POST codes are not always the same across all servers. Also, the last one showing on the screen is generally not the one with the problem. It is usually the one following the one showing on the screen. When I check a DL380 Gen10 I see the following for 0x0033 and 0x0034:

0x0033   ISS_BDS_AFTER_CONSOLE
0x0034   ISS_BDS_AFTER_POWERON_PW 

I have seen issues related to being unable to retrieve the array encryption keys result in it hanging or stopping at around this point for an extended period of time. Do you have encryption setup on the array controller in the server? Also, is there anything else showing up on the console when you see this POST code?

cause: one of my colleagues connected a USB HDD drive
after removal normal boot
