DL385 Gen 10 SSA not detecting RAID Controller

Hi 

I have 3 HP DL385 Gen 10 Servers

We are using P816i-a raid controllers and configured our disks with intelligent provisioning pre-windows install

When using HP smart storage admin within windows i cannot see a raid controller listed, i have tried updating drivers & firmware on the server with no luck

any ideas?

for info we are using the following disks

2 x 480gb sata ssd in raid 1

4 x 300gb sas hdd in raid 10

6 x 6tb sata hdd in raid 5

Just a thought, have you tried updating HPE SSA?

I struggle to find HPE software, the website isnt very intuitive,,,,
